Absolutely Perfect

“My family and I just returned from a fabulous Anguilla vacation. From the start of the planning process Elise & Paul were very helpful. Even though it was far from our first trip, it is always great to know what is currently happening on the Island. Paul and I had many funny conversations about old Anguilla and today’s Anguilla. I am always a little skeptical about what I read in reviews, but every 5 star review is absolutely right on as far as GOC goes. Everything is in perfect working condition and if it was not all we had to do is make a simple phone call. I can’t say enough about the staff either. They are so helpful. We like our privacy and enjoyed the fact that the staff asked us how often WE wanted house keeping to come in. As I sit here watching the NE snow come down I want to start planning my next trip.”

Villa With Breathtaking View

“Grand Outlook Villa has an outstanding location and has everything that you would want in a villa. It is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy friends and family when not at one of Anguilla’s beautiful beaches or dining in one of the many fabulous restaurants. The pool and outdoor space are perfect as are the beautiful sunset views from the infinity pool. Because it is located above Crocus Bay, it is a convenient drive to anyplace on the island, whether heading west to Rendezvous Bay or Meads Bay or east to Shoal Bay East. It is very close to both Sandy Ground and the Valley, which offer many restaurants and services. The rooms are spacious and well-furnished, each with large balconies complete with hammocks. Elise & Paul, the hosts, work to make your stay a “bit of paradise.” All of the staff are friendly and willing to help you with whatever comes up. If you have never rented a private villa before, do not hesitate to rent GOC because Elise & Paul will make it a stress-free experience. Thanks to all for helping make our third trip to Anguilla a memorable one.”

“This is our second time to Anguilla and our first to Grand Outlook Villa. The trip exceeded expectations. Elise & Paul make sure your trip is handled from start to finish. When traveling with teenagers, it can be difficult to please them. However, Grand Outlook Villa provided the perfect backdrop for plenty of amazing photos to share on social media with friends. “If there were 6 stars I would have chose that rating. Easy transfers, stop you in your tracks views, superb accommodations and refreshing trade winds all around. Everything was as advertised and beyond. Elise & Paul made all the planning like a rock star concierge and I felt like a rock star in paradise for sure. Views of Crocus bay are beautiful, and who doesn’t want all the mega yacht millionaires having to look up at you 200 feet above them in the infinity pool? The sun was made to set on the horizon of this home!”

Amazing Sunsets!

“This was my first visit to Grand Outlook Villa and it lived up to my every expectation and then some. The views from the pool deck overlooking Crocus Bay were spectacular including gorgeous sunsets and even a rainbow. GOC provided all your needs. No amenity was overlooked including a well stocked kitchen. The island is very easy to get around. The beautiful beaches were accessible and there are several very good restaurants. Our Best Vacation Ever!

"I would like to share a few words that describe our 2 week vacation in Paradise. Peaceful, beautiful, amazing, blissful, fun, warm, quaint, casual, comfortable, outstanding sunsets, extremely safe and a ton more. This romantic home is very conveniently located at the top of the hill in highest section of Crocus. The Villa is extremely spacious, very nicely decorated, very well appointed, private and quiet. The beaches are never crowded and amazing, the food outstanding and the locals couldn’t have been nicer.”

“Spent a fantastic week here celebrating my husband’s 60th, with 3 other couples from Scotland. From the booking, our arrival and stay, everything was well organized and straightforward. The hosts – Elise & Paul – sent us an information pack before we arrived, which was very helpful. GOC exceeded our expectations, providing us with spacious, luxurious accommodation, and amazing views over the ocean from the pool deck and infinity pool. The villa was extremely well equipped – all we needed were our clothes. The staff were helpful, and quick to respond to a minor issue we had. Would highly recommend this villa, and would love to be able to stay again.
